Group Volunteer

To help your volunteer service be as fruitful and enjoyable as possible, we have developed the Volunteer Standards & Guidelines. We created WARM's Standards & Guidelines to communicate what you can expect from WARM and what WARM expects from you as a volunteer. While volunteering at WARM, we ask that you carefully observe these Standards & Guidelines.

The Memorandum of Understanding gives WARM the confidence that volunteers in your group have been vetted and are under your care. This is a one-time agreement between your group and WARM.

Perhaps you are looking for opportunities for your office, Sunday school class, club, or other organization. Let us work with you to put together a project and get you signed up. Please use the process below to set up your group to volunteer and to tell us more about your group’s volunteering needs.

Volunteer group requirements:

  • 5-10 people

  • Provide us with at least 2 hours of service time (10 AM - 4 PM, Monday - Saturday)

  • Have a responsible party (i.e., school advisor, teacher, officer, company representative, etc.) with approval authority to agree to the Memorandum of Understanding.

Please complete the following steps for your group.

The Volunteer Release Agreement is required for each individual and provides for indemnification/hold-harmless for WARM, allows us to obtain medical assistance and provides a photographic release.
